 Zephyrgills Mushroom Farm LLC is a small gourmet/specialty mushroom farm located in Zephyrhills, FL. Our mission is to provide a wide variety of the freshest, highest quality local mushrooms that you’ll find in the Central Florida area. What began as a passionate hobby for us has developed into a full-blown love for quality ingredients and the power of fungi. We strive to offer as many edible and/or medicinal mushroom species that we can manage in an effort to bring attention to these unique, and uniquely sustainable life forms. When you try our products at a store or restaurant near you, we believe that you will taste the difference that comes from local produce made with love at a facility where quality is truly valued.

In addition to providing fresh mushrooms, our farm aspires to make the experience of growing and learning accessible to at-home hobbyists and serious cultivators alike. To meet this challenge, our farm plans to expand our offerings to include grow kits, sterile pre-poured petri dishes, and genetically unique mushroom varieties in the near future! (grow kits are available for purchase and pick-up ONLY)

And most importantly, it is our mission to cultivate kindness in the communities in which we serve. Although it sounds cheesy, we believe that kindness is really what fuels us all. Consider it food for thought!
